Problem: The client recognized that having a workplace that is not trauma-informed poses several challenges that can impact the well-being and productivity of employees. To address these challenges, workplaces can benefit from adopting trauma-informed practices. 

Solution: Cunningham Design Solutions created this 15-20 minute elearning training module to increase awareness of trauma's impact on their organization, help the organization respond appropriately to those experiencing trauma and ensure that organizations have the skills to promote the well-being of employees using a trauma-informed approach.
