Ever since I could remember, I have wanted to educate. As a 12-year old middle schooler, I would spend time at the local elementary school tutoring 6 and 7 year olds instead of playing outside. I became addicted to the "Aha Moment" learners get when they learn something new. I fell in love with the process of learning and seeing how a lesson or course can shape behavior. As an educator and school administrator, I've dedicated my life to education. Learning is my love language.

This love for learning led me to study at Applied Instruction Design Academy (AIDA). AIDA's program refined my skills for developing innovative learning experiences. I hold a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and combined with my AIDA training and experience, I have the mastered adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. I have experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders. I have mastered the process of developing and designing instructional materials that engage learners, impart wisdom, and solve problems. 

My super power is analyzing data, problem-solving, and offering suggestions for learner-centered courses. When designing, I devise engaging activities, such as scenario-based learning, gamification and micro learning to make learning memorable and effective.
